During my time at JLR, I worked on a range of digital content, advertising & email campaigns for both Jaguar & Land Rover brands in the UK market. I had the opportunity to be part of their ambitious new customer service journey email pipeline project, which was the most expansive of its kind in the entire automotive industry at the time.

Email campaigns

I was responsible for creating a range of email campaigns for both brands day-to-day. One particularly interesting email project was Land Rover’s ambitious new customer customer service experience pipeline, which was the most expansive & ambitious of its kind in the industry.

I created a range of email templates & campaigns for Land Rover in the UK. This included a multi-stage customer service experience journey, which took a new customer all the way from selecting their paint color to reminders about expiring warranties & after care.

Jaguar

There was also a busy schedule of Jaguar email campaigns & member newsletters to produce. Working alongside creatives & copywriters, these communications ranged from exciting Formula E racing updates, customer service emails & marketing campaigns for new model launches.
